The Global Association for Trainings and Employment Inc. was founded by four visionary individuals who shared the same ideals and commitment to empowering communities worldwide. United by a passion for helping others and advancing opportunities for professional growth, Dr. Rosemarie E. Parreno, Dr. Maria Cresly A. Taylor, Elddry Castillo, and Ria Serrano came together to turn their vision into reality. Their collective experiences and dedication inspired the creation of a nonprofit corporation focused on providing accessible trainings, employment resources, and support for individuals navigating new environments. From its inception, the organization has expanded internationally, building a strong network of chapters led by passionate officers in various regions. Today, GATE continues to uphold the founders' vision, fostering collaboration, inclusion, and personal development across the globe.
